During my student teaching experience, I also learned many different ways to actively engage students in learning (from both my courses, my cooperating teacher, and from observing other professionals within their own classrooms). For instance, the students in my classroom really enjoyed, and actively participated in, hands-on learning experiences. Another key component of my teaching skills that I developed through student teaching was the ability to use motivational strategies to promote the learning of my students.

Teacher excellence, being a great teacher demands concern, empathy in teacher student relations. The professional development of teachers has been identified internationally as the primary factor in enabling the effective integration of ICT into schools. Developing an eLearning Plan for your SchoolThis new course for ICT Coordinating Teachers has been developed to provide them (or any teacher involved in ICT planning in the school) with the necessary information and tools to develop an eLearning plan.
